Pros – Diverse product offering, diverse points of contact. Many moving parts in our company.
Cons – None that come to mind. A bit of a negative stigma to our industry
Advice to Senior Management – Continue putting the customer first

I have been working at G&K Services
Pros – The schedule is flexible, you don't have to work. weekly pay, car allowance is paid monthly. You can totally lie about mileage, everyone does.
Cons – The manager is non existent, cheats, works the system, plays favorites. Leads a horrible example then wonders why the team does not work. Will pretend like they are there to help. Everything is an act. Service sucks, commission plan blows. Manager never prepared for meetings and always late. Some how always gets out of everything
Advice to Senior Management – Hold the manager accountable so they hold the team accountable. Improve service so sales does not have to lie to customers.
