    G&K really cares about their employees which is evidenced by the strong tenure among the organization. Upper management also cares about their workforce and listens to them for suggestions on how to make things better.

    Competitive industry for sales and a lot of cold-calling.

    I have been working at G&K Services

    Pros

    The schedule is flexible, you don't have to work. weekly pay, car allowance is paid monthly. You can totally lie about mileage, everyone does.

    Cons

    The manager is non existent, cheats, works the system, plays favorites. Leads a horrible example then wonders why the team does not work. Will pretend like they are there to help. Everything is an act. Service sucks, commission plan blows. Manager never prepared for meetings and always late. Some how always gets out of everything

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Hold the manager accountable so they hold the team accountable. Improve service so sales does not have to lie to customers.
