Pros
my experience with the company while employed for a very short amount of time I was provided a highly flexible schedule each week
Cons
very dirty, highly disgusting route trucks
unbelievable hours - long days during training.
could not understand or comprehend why clean uniforms and linens would be delivered on the same trucks as dirty laundry.
Advice to Senior Management
bring on board external new hires through fresh eyes and ears. Think about the customer experience. Provide training and leadership skill building to new managers.
Pros
Decent health, dental benefits, good vacation.
Timely evaluations, standardized process.
Not outstanding, but fair pay.
Good recruitment, initial hiring process.
Cons
Not very innovative.
Don't listen to employees or suggestions they may have.
Don't value diversity.
Don't respect employees.
Some senior management not very strong
Pros
Salary and benefits on track with other companies.
Cons
Not flexible at all on time off or schedule variations. Insisted on a lot of overtime hours even though it was a salary position. Would not recommend to someone who has a "life" outside of work.
Pros
Good Comp., Decent co-workers The rank and file is great. Managment in IT sucks.
Cons
outdated technology. Too much emphasis on incompotent Directors and Middle Managers. Lots of lip service about how important people are, phony management.
Advice to Senior Management
bring IT into the 21st century. Stop focusing on hiring managers that dont know anything, but kiss ass and play the game. Flatten the organization. (no middle managers) the IT org is too small for so many dead wieght 'people leaders'
Pros
Outstanding professional training, performed at corporate (MN).
Super co-workers, with a real sense of TEAM relationship.
I had an awesome District Sales Manager who had a lot of confidence in my abilities.
Anytime I needed anything, all I had to do was ask.
SUPER EXPERIENCE FOR ME!
Cons
There are high expenctations for the sales team.
If you can't close deals, you will hit the bricks, either by your own choice or theirs!
Lots of computer tracking and data entry at the end of your normal business day.
Advice to Senior Management
The CEO and Upper Management are very approachable. I felt wanted by the local team, and the corporated team. The turnover in sales is pretty bad, at training it was a topic at night that my classmates and I discussed. 12 months after starting, I believe there is only 5 members out of my 32 member class still employed as TSR's.
Pros
Good Benefits
Fair Pay
Flexibility to get the job done
Cons
Service and Sales People are made to compete for sales
Need higher quality products and replacements
Advice to Senior Management
Let Service team service and grow our current accounts and let sales take care of ALL new business
Pros
Employee friendly organization. Great opportunity for someone who works hard and achieves results.
Cons
Sometimes advancement comes only if willing to relocate.
Advice to Senior Management
Keep doing what you are doing and stay focused on hiring great talent.
Pros
It is a good culture, the company treats people well, it is a national company with opportunities for advancement.
Cons
Like many companies, necessary downsizing has made the employee workload tougher but it is trying to deal with it and other companies have similar issues.
