    Okay at the beginning

    Anonymous Employee (Former Employee)
    Los Angeles, CA

    ProsMeeting diverse people/cultures
Many co-workers and airline agents were fun to work with
Job had its' interesting moments, and it felt good to be helpful

ConsManagement was wishy-washy; they showed favoritism and could be unsympathetic
Some co-workers did not share similar work ethic and got away with a lot
Passengers could be rude and/or unappreciative of your efforts

Advice to Senior ManagementThey could put themselves in the employee's place to actually experience how difficult it can be. Also, be more approachable.
