    Pros

Engineers were smart and cooperative as compared to egoistic managers. pretty rigid hierarchy characteristic of a government office.
Office is good with a functioning library which offers titles in fiction and magazines also.

    Cons

Poor office culture. Style of functioning is that of a typical government office.
Intern was not structured. They did not expect anything from me which was good as well as bad.
