Pros – Great group of people in a 'work hard, play hard' environment. Small group made it possible to feel a contribution was being made to the firm's well being.
Cons – A few poorly matched partners made it impossible for the firm to survive. A shame that after their departure, the damage was already done.
Advice to Senior Management – Choose partners very carefully in the future. If even one person in the roster were different, the firm may still be viable today.
