Details
Pros
Good oportunity to learn, is a friendly environment where you have to have a lot of self motivations for the level of independance to work.
Cons
They smoke a lot in doors. Tha's really the only bad thing in the company.
Advice to Senior Management
They are in a good way that is going to improve the company a lot and they need to keep showing the clients the advantages of buying form them.
