Pros
Friendly co-workers and supportive managment. Base pay is 13.88 plus $3.XX comes out to about 17.50 per hr any benifits come out of that $3.XX this is only for ed contract. Lots of prizes and give aways. Bonus potential.
Cons
High turn over. Lots of rules. Some collectors are very cut throat and will steal accounts from new people. Very strict on attendance. No over time allowed. There is luck involved when collecting. Can be stressfull at first. If you cant produce numbers you will get fired. Managment is nice but they play favorites.
Advice to Senior Management
Be more willing to assist when needed.
Pros
Flexible with employee in regards to giving personal time. Lots of opportunity to learn new things if you are willing to volunteer for projects out of your comfort zone. If you work hard you can have a career here and be able to work here for many years.
