    Pros

Laid back if you make friends with your supervisors, good bonus potential, you can actually help the student loan borrowers (if you get them on the phone ever)

    Cons

training seems too long until you actually get on the floor, bonus's don't ramp up for 2-3 months, if you get your arm cut off but have too many attendance points (10), you're gone.

    Kind of trashy

    Advice to Management

Pack up if you're young, stick with it if you ain't

    Pros

Good people Management does their best to train. Can make money on bonuses. I like the way the company was ran for the most part

    Cons

budget raises once you hit budget making it difficult to hit budget the next month low balances on accounts making it difficult to hit budget and bonuses. Accounts with higher balances were give to employees that were there for a shorter amount of time if management felt they were a better collector, which is the nature of the business, however disheartening

    Advice to Management

Training needs to be at least 6 weeks. Trainees should sit with experienced collectors fro at 3 weeks before being on their own to learn the systems

    Pros

It pays well at the start, the management team is reasonable and friendly, the head of the place is rather relaxed and easygoing but at times firm yet understanding. There were several options in regards to positions that you could apply in.

    Cons

The payout after a year does not rise more than a few cents, the tedium of a constant 8 second queue, The customer experiences feel hollow and depending on where you are put it can be downright depressing. Half of what you go though in training is barely applied in the workplace and could use more on site training time.

    Advice to Management

Please improve the training courses and employ a less strict system for clocking in and out of your facility, but all that aside all should be fine.

    Pros

Entry level, minimum experience required. Gain experience and good references. Advancement opportunities. Meet some great co-workers and some management as well.

    Cons

Pay is not enough for the hectic job since it's $7.50 per hour and after 60 days it's raised to only $8.00 not worth the time.

    Advice to Management

Raise the salary it will motivate your employees to work harder and happier. Stop letting go of hardworking employees after they have worked years for you to save money.
