    Pros

    Tons of freedom to be creative, try new processes, recognition for accomplishments. Co-workers are awesome - helping each other and a sense of community. I grew immensely in a professional capacity due to their willingness to try new things and feedback.

    Cons

    Approach can be reactive instead of proactive which has a negative outcome when the employees have to work in stressful conditions to compensate.

    Advice to Management

    Focus on a consistent planning and follow through.

    Pros

    They give just about anyone a job. That means you get an opportunity to work, which is something to be thankful for... -you get to make up time you come in late or miss days.

    Cons

    The wages aren't in line with the work you have to do. Being paid minimum wage plus incentives still doesn't show much on your check. Also, they have 4129 ways to lose your incentive. Barking on the floor to finish your notations and move on to next call to all employees.

    Advice to Management

    Stop pressuring employees to make more calls. The literal barking is annoying. Makes employees feel undervalued.

    I have been working at GC Services (More than a year)

    Pros

    Some projects have solid incentives, for instance in the Hyundai/Kia Department it is very easy to earn 10.25/hour. Little to no experience required. Flexible schedule, great first job.

    Cons

    Management can be extremely incompetent. If stat requirements are not met, generally you'll be earning 7.25 an hour. Yearly raises and advancement are both jokes.

    -Theyll give you hours if need be -flexible scheduling

    -Theyre hours are weird EX: 2pm-10pm

    Pros

    Able to meet Court Representatives and higher possibility to eventually become a County Employee.

    Cons

    Customers are extremely rude. Over stressed. Travel way too much. Any mistake can cause you your job. (very Unstable company)
