    Nice place to work nice Co workers. Help from management monetary incentives for good performance, good friendly environment work life balance is good.

    Cons

    Must work at least 40 hours a week before you get paid the rate otherwise you get aid two dollars less.

    Advice to Management

    Higher more people and increase the pay rate so that employees might not quit every two to three months.

    Learn about how loners and checking accounts work.

    Cons

    Management doesn't seem to care about how you are doing with feed back or skill training.

    Advice to Management

    Have a weekly meeting with each of the employees under you to show skill improvement and come up with planes to improve defiance’s.

    Friendly staff, monthly contests, raffles, etc.

    Cons

    Too much micro managing; Low pay, constant change in work shifts; majority of employees are young, immature, lazy and unprofessional. If you desire this type of environment you'll be a good fit.

    Pay higher wages and hire individuals who are older and more mature.

    They played games with cash money prizes. Endless financial potential.

    Extremely high turn over!! Management once told us that we were all replaceable.

    You don't really speak with customers

    Only 2 10 mins breaks and 1 20mins break if you go a little over you get written up

    Pros

    Management is supportive. Contests with cash and prizes. Big bonuses for reaching goals.

    Cons

    Expensive medical insurance that is poor quality coverage. Base salary is low.

    Advice to Management

    Improve benefit offerings and base salaries.
