    Pros

The interview and hiring process was really straight forward. I work the night shift early in the week. The rules were made a clear and did my best. The result was I received a bonus and raise my first six months. The one negative is GCA doesn't offer tuition reimbursement but not many companies do these days. The site manager is receptive and the office team helped me with an issue last month.

    Cons

    Insurance is not very good.

    Advice to Management

    Starting pay should be higher.

  3. It is a consistant 40 hour paycheck.with benefits.

    Pros

Non skilled easy work but a lot of walking and work is spread out over large areas. It is like any other job sometimes you just feel undervalued which leads to a lethargic attitude.

    Cons

Management needs to value their workers and recognize good work results.
To have better productivity should not spread work over large areas and give extra long walk between jobs. jobs should be localized not spread out over different areas.

    Advice to Management

give your employees a regular duty that they can expect to accomplish on their daily work procedure so that the work load is fair and people actually get recognized for. If someone slacks or doesn't work why are they still working there. We all need to feel that we have integrity on the job. Don't treat some people unfairly in proportion to work without compensation

    Pros

Easy work, great pay for the job, good benefits. It's a union job so you are protected by the union which is nice. Management is understanding when you have difficulties arise and need time off.

    Cons

Some of the people there are down right lazy with their work, yet expect you to be more productive. It's a union job so employees tend to slack off because they can get away with more. The informational video was so hard to watch.

    Advice to Management

Communicate more with the employee's. Please update the informational video, I pray for everyone who has had to watch that thing. It was cheesy and painful.

    Pros

Opportunities for advancement where skills match needs of the business. Jobs are available in many types of industry across the country.

    Cons

Long hours, high expectations, and demanding clients make for tough work. Extra hours and OT are sometimes available but mostly on holidays and weekends.

    Advice to Management

Recent changes in the business have been great. Some restructuring and refocusing efforts have made the jobs better. Keep listening to your employees needs.
