I worked at GCU as a contractor

    Pros

As an employee, they took care of you IF they LIKED you!

    Cons

They played politics. They have been known to have been biased and unfair! I've known of people that worked for GCU and I believe were fired unfairly! The "senior leadership" were idiots!

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Close the school down or try to be "Christians" as was referred to and stop playing GAMES with people!

Administrative work is an additional burden to the faculty..It should not be the responsibility of the teachers to do administrative work along with teaching
