    Pros

If you are curious you can learn a lot and work balance ( you can leave the office if it is 16h00 and job is not done ... no body will say anything)

    Cons

Management is 100% political oriented and not performance driven, Very poor HR, a lot of Change ( every year there is a reorganization... without informing people about the added value of such changes the process is really top Down). IT system is a complete disaster, Low salary compare to others peers.

    Advice to Management

Stop doing reorganization every year, Start to be more performance oriented and try to get an HR that know how to manage talent.

Recrutement basé sur « l’amitié » avec les SSII et non sur les compétences de conseil.

Faible niveau technique, manque d'évolutions technologiques.

Très faible niveau des analystes métier.

Le management de projet est un concept inconnu.

Recruitment based on "friendship" with SSII and not on consultant skills.
Poor technical level, lack of technological evolutions.
Very poor level of business analysts.
Project management is an unknown concept.
