    I worked at GDi

    Pros

Good working environment. Colleagues are friendly and supportive. Knowledge transfer is OK.
Good salaries, little above sector average.

    Cons

Management "lost in space" - lot of wrong decisions in last years, bad investments. Too many funds spent on public image than on substance and development.
President and CEO is micromanaging all the time.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Change management (fresh, younger experts needed), CEO should stop micromanagement and dedicate himself to strategic domain.
