    Great people great processes

Regional EHS Leader (Former Employee) Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia)

ProsNice workplace, perks benefit so so, strategic office location, very mature organization, highly developed internal training program for functional and leadership.

ConsVery fast downsizing ( they call it simplification), unrealistic performance expectation, does not appreciate Asian culture, poor management support, acts and says differently, likes to use jargons for simple words..too many internal process, a lot politics at higher level

Advice to Senior ManagementKeep it simple, don't say things that you cannot do.

    FMP Intern

FMP Intern (Former Employee) Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia)

ProsHigh-level executive engagement (does not apply to all interns though), autonomy to create project with a group of interns and impact the team

ConsIntern program can be more structured, salary is painfully little (it is symbolic at best), should be more vocal about the benefits interns are entitled to.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend
