Huge amount of best practice in all business areas and functions.Cons
Lack of motivation programs in some enabling functions,
Lack of HR inclusiveness.Advice to Senior Management
I would strongly suggest review motivation programs for adequacy to reduce turnover rate and try to be more honest with EEs regarding salary budgets, without all this "salary freeze" issues.
