  • Flexibility ability to work from home (in 16 reviews)

  • flexible hours - that is really all (in 3 reviews)

Cons
  • they ERASE case managers hours to suit their customers-so they get free work from us- I mean 40-50 hours per week they rip us off continuously (in 16 reviews)

  • no work life balance- they suck the life right out of you, company caters to the sales team not the people who earn the money, company values are empty (in 6 reviews)

    Pros

    GENEX Bill Review Mgmt teams are proud of the product we produce. We are loyal to our team and strive to be the best. We are passionate about our product and passionate about our customers.

    Cons

    There is a lot of corporate acquisitions going on...not a bad thing for the company but we are having growing pains.

    Advice to Management

    Listen to the employees...we need to help show them how awesome as a TEAM we can be, have them build in their own passion with respect to their jobs. Everyone should feel appreciated for what they do.

    Poor management, not employee friendly, everyone is dispensible.

    Pros

    Good bonus plan if you can jump through the unreasonable hoops they have to make bonus.

    Cons

    Poor management. Too many supervisors. Expect you to work 24/7. High caseload. no appreciation of case managers. Billing practices unethical.

    Advice to Management

    If some folks aren't doing their work then talk to them. No reason to badger and bully those who are working hard to get the job done.

    This is a great company with good supervisors, continuing education opportunities and salary levels are good for this industry.

    May have to work late hours and overtime when you would rather not
