Pros – Geo is a nice place to work. It gives you the maximum number of opportunities as well as you exposure to the media market.

Cons – Having not another attractive offer that attracts more than current job is the only con, what I felt for not leaving this job.

Advice to Senior Management – All is well but finances issue needs to be sorted out, delayed issue of finance hinders the progress as well as the pace of work is affected above all.

Pros – The management does not micromanage, they just throw you in the deep end and expect you to find your own way. Some people might not like that but I did since it gave me an opportunity to figure things out my own way.

Cons – There are too many people hired so a lot of times you end u sitting on your behind with not much to do.

Advice to Senior Management – Do not overhire and only have enough people on staff that are needed to do the job at hand.

Cons – Sometimes it get hard to get eat and sometimes get hard to sleep... Bureau chief's should take interests in their respective bureaus

Advice to Senior Management – Anti-Racism should be removed from an environment where you are responsible for major acts of awareness.if you yourself cant clean the mess inside you cant get them to clean it from there sides as well.... Non locals are adjusted to local seats while locals are rejected on Racism for even minor positions only a few are working in their own lands while rest are those who don't deserve what they are given.

Pros – It is a nice place to work at and can help you groom your skiils,good place for a beginner.

Cons – It made me work as a production manager,which made me use my skills and to think out of the box,it was a great experience working at the office and at the studios as well.
