    Pros

    La paye qui arrive à date fixe.

    Cons

    Des financiers qui dirigent une entreprise ne pensent qu'à une chose: comment se remplir les poches. Les clients sont les principaux lésés dans cette vision à très court terme. On oublie les augmentations, les primes et autres, tout part chez les actionnaires.

    Pros

    - average salary and benefits
    - good CE (but it couldn't be the case anymore since a few months)
    - good language courses in the package

    Cons

    - Very bad experience with holidays and internal procedures: the rules (I unfortunately discovered late) say "90+ days notice for standard leaves, 7+ days notice for RTT days and up to 30 days after the request to get a positive or negative feedback". You can't basically get days off the first year without a "proper justification".
    - For a 5 days leave I had to wait 3 weeks for a feedback...
    - I also got rejected (after 40 days!) 8 days of unpaid leave for unofficial healthcare reasons, even though I had the approval of the client, I provided a plan of using them in the following 3 months.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    - improve day by day communication with employees
    - consider relaxing the 90+ days notice constraint for holidays
    - consider allowing the use of holidays as soon as they are accumulated, without any sort of "justification"
    - consider discussing with employees before rejecting few unpaid leaves if justified and approved by the client

    C'est une entreprise très conservatrice avec des gens très sympathiques et parfois, des projets intéressants. Excellent endroit si vous ne voulez pas vous investir trop dans votre travail.

    Le travail est fait avec une attitude très conservatrice. Les décisions ne sont prises que quand le risque a disparu et qu'il est presque toujours trop tard.
    Les projets sont gâchés par des gens incompétents qui sont en charge.

    The business is done with a very conservative attitude. Decisions are taken only when the risk has disappeared, that is almost always too late.
    The great projects are spoiled by incompetent people that are in charge.

    Le management devrait prendre un meilleur soin de ses employés, et récompenser en fonction des efforts, sans se limiter aux vendeurs

    Pros

    C'est une entreprise de sous-traitance avec ses hauts et ses bas. Le salaire arrive toujours à temps. Des gens sympas travaillent à Sophia Antipolis (pas les managers malheureusement), et à un moment ils avaient un très bon directeur d'agence. De ces jour

    It's an outsourcing company with all it's ups and downs. Pay would always arrive on time. Some nice people worked there in Sophia Antipolis (not among managers sadly), and at some point they had a really good agency director. These days it's just a company like any other in this business I guess. Not any better, not much worse either. On the upside I could probably mention that they really used to help foreigners a lot in moving their lives to France.

    Cons

    C'est une firme de sous-traitance donc ils promettent monts et merveilles pour vous faire signer le contrat. Regardez quelques épisodes de «42ème étage» pour voir comment çà se passe en France. Tout est vrai. Une fois que vous êtes en CDI, vous avez une période de préavis de 3 mois directement, et vous n'allez certainement pas voir votre salaire suivre l'inflation, sans parler d'augmentation. Egalement, votre salaire ne dépend pas de vos résultats ou du feedback des clients. Oubliez les bonus et autres choses en plus du salaire, vous aurez peut-être un cadeau pour noël...d'une valeur de 50 euros.

    It's an outsourcing firm so they'll promise you silver mountains to have You sign the contract. See some episodes of "42'ème etage" to understand how they roll in France. All true. Once You're on CDI You have 3 months notice period straight away, and You likey won't even see your salary follow inflation, let alone show some real signs of increase. Also, in no way does your salary depend on Your work's results or customer's feedback. Forget bonuses and other things outside basic pay, you may get a gift for Christmas though... in the price range of 50 euros.

    Un bon job pour les fainéants, familles avec enfants ou en pré-retraite. Si vous n'avez pas de grandes attentes, ça devrait aller.

    Manque d'entraînement. Extrêmement difficile d'obtenir une augmentation. Et ça n'a pas de relation avec votre performance. L'entreprise ne comprend pas ses employés.
