Pros
Most of the staff are really great people. I met alot of great people there.
Cons
Managment is the worse... There is no room for growth and the Human Resources Dept. is a joke.
Advice to Senior Management
Hire a new managment team.

Pros
Poor IT infrastructure makes it easy to use the internet for personal reasons. Also poor management makes advancement easy!
Cons
This company is cheap and does not pay well!
Advice to Senior Management
Fire your regional manager for florida and fire your regional Yardi Trainer. They are ruinging your business.
