Pros
It is a very relaxed place to work at.
Cons
Place has absolutely no loyalty to employees, those who work their butt's off are treated the same as people who slide by avoiding work and doing the bare minimum. Senior management needs to take time from trying to make every dealers dream happen and look at other departments that are important to the vitality of the company.
Advice to Senior Management
Please take the time to look over the whole company and look for employees that put in extra week after week before they end up leaving because they are not rewarded for their efforts.
Pros
This company has potentital to be great. Gary is a visionary, but not willing to remove people that arent effective.
Cons
Your personal life is not there concern. Weekends, nights, holidays, no difference to them. Pay is far from where it could/should be. If you they make a pay scale, and you make too much, they change it so that you can not make as much. No Perks at all. And the job is similar to Boiler room. Nobody in management has any experience in the field that they are managing in, but like to think that they do.
Advice to Senior Management
Pay more. Be flexible, lay off the high pressure, and throw in some perks...People work hard for perks.
Pros
great place to get an eduction on trading forex market
Cons
many managers not from the industry. lack basic leadership skills. owner makes all decisions (regardless of what anyone else tells you) and swift changes in direction are the norm. doesn't believe in budgets (!!), has limited social skills with staff and would probably be hard-pressed to put a name to much of the staff beyond management. no internal HR and new-hires are on their own save for what the manager gives you for training. good luck on that one! lots of people there who won't question, aren't curious, and hang on to the job because it's money......
