    Pros

Competent management. Room for career advancement. Salary was competitive. Bonus system was solid. Denver is a great city to work and live in.

    Cons

Not really any major cons. Management did sometimes created fire drills in that they would not get involved in an engagement until the last minute, creating a stressful situation. But this was only occasionally.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

In all I enjoyed working there and would recommend it to anyone. The people are friendly and competent. Denver is a great city.

    Pros

Flexible work hours, great people (personality wise), great location in Downtown Denver, a lot of clients are in the area requiring little or no travel, PTO policies is nice

    Cons

At the time of writing this I feel that the Company isn't heading a very good direction. There are huge gaps in a majority of the seniors schedules. We keep hearing "there is a lot of work in the pipeline", but there hasnt been any change as of late. Moral has recently gone down hill as a lot of our good/respected mangers and seniors have left for industry or other public accounting firms.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

For the most part managers do a good job managing, but there are a couple Sr Managers that need to get it together! It's not ok to sit around acting like a partner while your staff does all the work.

    Cons

Hell hole to work at. Forget having a life outside of work. Backstabbing managers with whom you never know where you stand. Not an environment I enjoyed or would recommend.
