“Good job if you have no education and very little experience. Boiler room type atmosphere”
Former Employee – worked at GHS Solutions
Pros – You have to make a good amount of money to keep your job.
The only pro is compensation. You will make at least $4k per month if you have a job.
Cons – Management is exremely abrasive and verbally abusive.
Boiler room style admosphere.
You are only as good as your last week"s sales.
Advice to Senior Management – From a business perspective, this is probably the best way to run this sort of company. You might be able to save some money in training if you focus a little more on employee retention and reducing turnover.

“Debt Settlement pros and cons”
Former Employee – worked at GHS Solutions
Pros – It is a service that people need due to huge number of people that get over their head in debt.
Cons – Long hours, difficult to earn consistant living
Advice to Senior Management – More focus on training and better treatment of employees
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
