    Pros

Strong relationships with clients and consultants. GIA is not a butts in seats shop, they are truly a headhunting firm that spends time with both parties to find the right fit. The commission structure is also very robust.

    Cons

The company is in its 3rd year and is growing rapidly. The cons is that it is a younger company that is growing and having to adapt very fast.

  2. Working at GIA is an overall great experience in so many aspects!

    Pros

Working at GIA provides personal and professional growth in a family, work hard, playhard atmosphere. The environment at GIA is competitve and rewarding. It is truly different than all other recruiting firms in the best ways!

    Cons

It is necessary to be on your toes and continue upkeep on the newest technology and functions of the business. The learning curve is constant. This provides for days without boredom!
