Details
Pros
It's a place where you can work without pression. The communication at Giro is good. You got a lot of communication with other employees. The schedule is pretty flexible and you can also work sometimes from home. International jobs. The employee are good people and you can make good friend there without any problem.
Cons
the place not really stimulating. When I was there, I now find my new employer providing me with more challenge. No retirement plan! The software is so mature that the challenge are not common. You only do small things and wish your day is over. Just wish this job was more rewarding.
Advice to Senior Management
I don't know, maybe talk more with employees.
