Pros – Its a company having people from all continents.
One of the top paying.
Fearless working.

Cons – Need to be more aggressive

Pros – OK to make mistake, as long as able to learn from it. Friendly working environment, where one is able to learn and grow.

Cons – Inbalance in treatments and benefits. Not reachable by subway(you need to change to more than one of transportation method), less options for food

Advice to Senior Management – Do salary review by comparing to other in similar industry. It is cheaper and more efficient to develop talents and keep them, then to keep getting underpaid employee with low skills

Pros – Management staff are professionals with high EQ. There is a lot of room for career advancement. Low staff Turnover.
