    Pros

Lot of good and smart people. Software is however an ugly step-child. The main business is not software. I did learn a lot though. I hope things get better.

    Cons

Since I came aboard, things have been in a state of flux (multiple M&A's). Not sure what the future holds.

Current Employee - Accounting in Houston, TX

    Pros

Most of the team members are actually good to work with if they're not upper management. Break rooms, celebrate birthdays

    Cons

Turnover is high due to upper management. If you aren't brown nosing, you'll go no where. Low Pay unless you're upper Mgmt. Will not let you take time off for emergencies, you're still expected to be there. Micromanaging, being 2 mins late will get you written up even if you live far away.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Develop the talent around you.
