    Software Developer (Current Employee)
    Houston, TX

ProsLot of good and smart people. Software is however an ugly step-child. The main business is not software. I did learn a lot though. I hope things get better.

ConsSince I came aboard, things have been in a state of flux (multiple M&A's). Not sure what the future holds.

    Stay away if possible

    Accounting (Current Employee)
    Houston, TX

ProsMost of the team members are actually good to work with if they're not upper management. Break rooms, celebrate birthdays

ConsTurnover is high due to upper management. If you aren't brown nosing, you'll go no where. Low Pay unless you're upper Mgmt. Will not let you take time off for emergencies, you're still expected to be there. Micromanaging, being 2 mins late will get you written up even if you live far away.

Advice to Senior ManagementDevelop the talent around you.

GL Noble Denton is a relaxed work environment with friendly faces and meaningful work.

    Software Engineer Intern (Current Employee)
    Mechanicsburg, PA

ProsFriendly staff, challenging and thoughtful work.

ConsMechanicsburg is not the best location. The software is enormous and contains large amounts of 30+ year old code.

Advice to Senior ManagementSpend some more time refactoring and revising existing code to be more elegant and efficient.

    Unethical and Unprofessional!

    Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)
    Houston, TX

ProsGreat first impressions but It is only a paycheck.

Cons1. Within the past 2 months they have let go over 20 people.
    2. Issues with HR and employees are not protected.
    3. Internal threats are allowed with employees and if the employees bring it to their supervisor's attention they are terminated.
    4. Management takes advantage of "Employment At Will" and will terminate for any reason.
    5. Employees are treated under value and not appreciated. Not treated with respect.
    6. Employees salary are not competitive in the market.
    7. The organization business model does not fill in the gaps from the past mergers.
    8. There is lack of follow-up with customers.
    9. Lack of commuication
    10. Lack of experience engineers at the organization.

Advice to Senior ManagementManagement needs to be ethical and professional. They need to come together and fill in the gaps within the organization. They need to learn to communicate with employees and stand behind the employees when needed. They need to learn how to manage and lead.

Management driven by personal interest rather than strategic company development

    Anonymous Employee (Former Employee)
