    Good and decent government contract experience.

    Poor wages poor management. Doesn't really take care of employees

    Pros

    If you are desperate in your job search and willing to work cheap, this is the place for you.

    Cons

    You will be treated as though you are desperate and second rate when it comes to any questions concerning pay increases. There is no room for growth, if you take on any additional projects or work, the compensation/appreciation for your efforts will not reflect this. If you leave this company, you will likely have to get a reference elsewhere for your work while on the job.

    Be respectful of your employees.

    Pros

    Owner of the company was really vested in the employees well being.

    Cons

    Scope of work was to much for the inexperienced leadership in place at the time. Everyone had the best intentions, but was in over their heads. I think given time, everything would have worked out to better results.

    Pros

    Quite a lax office environment, especially for a consulting firm, which can also be seen as a con in some aspects.

    Cons

    Most employees are very underpaid and undervalued, which causes turnover to be high. Little to no training or on-boarding. Management and HR is practically non-existent, and appears to be involved in some, at the very least, unethical business practices. Very poor communication between "management" and employees/contractors, do not even have proper/functioning office supplies/equipment.

    Advice to Management

    Take some time to actually develop policies and procedures, and some kind of real organizational structure. Become more involved with employees on all levels, as there appears to be little to no real supervision.

    Pros

    Employer paid health insurance coverage

    Cons

    No pay increases or incentives for outstanding performance, no development or training set up for contractors/employees, employee engagement is extremely low, poor communication, lack of accessibility

    Advice to Management

    In order to be a stellar company, it is important to re-evaluate your HR team and process which is ineffective and a bad reflection of the company as a whole. The high turnover comes with a reason and those reasons have never been explored or questioned. Employee engagement and incentives are important so you should consider ideas on how to improve the company's name in that regard. Communication is also another important factor and your staff falls short of this time and time again. What examples are you all setting for yourself? To remain competitive and to recruit top talent, the structure and values of the company must change. Change requires work and great knowledge that your staff has yet to display.

    The Management Team is great to work for. The benefits are on par with large consulting firms. The firm prides itself on its performance based salary model.

    Cons

    GMG concentrates on Financial, Helthcare and Management Consulting only.

    Keep up the good work.
