    Pros

The biggest benefit of working in the company is the excellent care it takes for its employees. There are lots of employee engagement activities held which will enable you to bond well others across different departments and also locations. The company being family owned and run, also treats its employees as an extended family. Though being a site engineer, never faced any of the out of normal hardships that any engineer would face at other construction sites. Part of it was due to working in a client company and the rest due to the company's benefits and perks. in short, it was an ideal working place for any fresher to learn and grow without much pressure.

    Cons

Though there were no major issues in the day to day functioning of the company, Nepotism was the only significant vice that was visible. But having said that you will never face any problems in your work once you are an employee there. The company is obsessed with rules, ethics, morals and codes. Though these are good to follow but too much persistence on some particular set of rules make it look old fashioned.

    Pros

Rarely you will get fired. So no fear of loosing job at all.working environment is cool about 8 hours working per day.only second saturday is off rest saturday is half day ,,,,,,,,Technology,............ Domain & Quality of work: In DIAL there are several segment like IT, Project and engineering, finance, contract etc. But here all work is done by vendors. We just support them and manage things. So you can’t learn more in technical field but can learn management skills here. This company is like Govt. Company in reference to work pressure. Not so good for fresher but if u join after 4 -5 year experience you will love this company. f day.

    Cons

Salary is less as compared to peer companies

    Advice to Management

please increease the salary of Graduate engineers.
