Not as fun as you might think

    Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)

ProsWork alone most of the time, so you get some experience what it's like to run a store. Also the discounts are pretty nice on closed-dated items. Great second job.

ConsSales depend on location. Unattainable sales goals. Will often have to recommend products upper management wants you to sell, and its not even what the customer was coming in for.

Advice to Senior ManagementRespect your employee's and listen to them, they know more than you think.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
