    Pros

Small company atmosphere Four-day forty-hour work week is nice Able to make my own travel arrangements Excellent benefits Expense reimbursement was timely and fairly easy Good office and sales staff

    Cons

no real training; the online training was marginal at best Staff reduction process wasn't handled in a respectful manner Not paid for travel time Felt disconnected from others in the organization; maybe that is normal for a consulting company Had some issues with the employee evaluation process - related to fairness and accuracy.

    Advice to Management

The employee evaluation process needs to be evaluated for accuracy and fairness
