    I have been working at GNC Consulting, Inc.

    Pros

    Flexibility with career options and the ability to make a difference. Small privately held firm so there are some issue with any privately held firm, but management attempts to make the correct decisions.

    Cons

    Small firm so the organization is tied to the owners success in their ventures.

    Keep up the great family envionment

    They promised to pay expenses and then backed out the very first month of my contract

    I worked at GNC Consulting, Inc.

    Pros

    Small company atmosphere
    Four-day forty-hour work week is nice
    Able to make my own travel arrangements
    Excellent benefits
    Expense reimbursement was timely and fairly easy
    Good office and sales staff

    Cons

    no real training; the online training was marginal at best
    Staff reduction process wasn't handled in a respectful manner
    Not paid for travel time
    Felt disconnected from others in the organization; maybe that is normal for a consulting company
    Had some issues with the employee evaluation process - related to fairness and accuracy.

    The employee evaluation process needs to be evaluated for accuracy and fairness
