I have been working at GNLD International
Pros – Family-oriented. Many good hearted people at all levels of the organization. A relatively nice office environment. Some very good products.
Cons – Many lifetime executives that have myopic view of business. Lack of women in senior level roles. Many antiquated product formulas with no new products in pipeline.
Advice to Senior Management – Hire new experienced and well-rounded executives that know how to manage systems and people and let them do it. Innovate product offerings in order to attract new consumers.

I worked at GNLD International full-time for more than a year
Pros – Free products & lunch quarterly, reasonable holidays and basic activities during the year to celebrate occasions.
Cons – No direction with yearly plans, management is unresponsive and always delaying projects, Executives make unnecessary expenses, management hires anyone they know, gives several job titles to a person, each department's managers change every 6 months - 1 year. No training available. The building is old with your occasional rats and bugs. Direct supervisors and managers have no sense of people & managing skills. HR lacks the staff support, HR is not at an equal perspective. Sided with upper management making it unfair. Recognition and incentives are boring. They fire/layoff employees constantly and it's handled in the wrong manner.
Advice to Senior Management – The old executives need to retire already or the company will die with them.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
