    My experience at GadgeUSA has been exciting and challenging so it is very difficult for me to list any downsides to working here

    Pros

    The only pro I can even mention is the compensation. It is the only thing at Gadge that is just and fair.

    Cons

    Unfair practices against employees which Upper Management is primarily responsible for. Employees are treated disrespectfully and in a condescending manner. There is no trust in the employees followed by a write-up for every mistake you make. There is a constant nitpicking and ridicule of your work. Positive feedback is rare and almost non-existent.

    Treat your employees with respect and have trust in them because they are the driving force behind the success of your organization.

    I have been working at Gadge USA full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

    There are some excellent hard working people here. Luke, Viv, Karen, Kelly. The people who are working very hard and long hours, hopefully are compensated for the effort.

    Cons

    Small working space, very loud and uninviting. Unfriendly Upper Management, It's do as I say, no input or suggestions taken from the workers. Sales guys held in very high regard by management.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    When you have a conference call, go in your office and shut door., instead of going to the conference room (that has no door and putting the call on speaker). The office is loud enough, use your office and door!

    Pros

    The company seems stable and the pay is reasonably competitive if you are willing to work 60 hour work weeks.

    Cons

    There is constant turnover, generally followed by bringing in new outsiders. Promotion from with is rare. There is a lack of respect shown to employees with constant and abusive nitpicking. Positive feedback is rare.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Learn to listen and provide more positive feedback. Recognize that the majority of hires have not been long term successful and promote from within.

    Pros

    The pay is great if you do not consider time you spend working( 2 weeks overtiem with no compensation a month). If you get into sale's position you have it made.

    Cons

    60 hr work weeks. Bowing down to sale's reps. The meeting to talk about what your doing instead of doing your work.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Get an HR department to regulate the unfair practices against employees.
