Pros

Fairly laid back in terms of being able to watch TV when its not busy.

Most employees are easy to work with and supportive.

Cons

Regular shortage of staff resulting in people getting moved round at a moments notice and in the shop I worked in it regularly resulted in managers single manning shops on the nights.

Area managers (or atleast our area manager) wasnt supportive of her staff and was frequently rude and abrupt on the phone for no viable reason.

Advice to Senior Management

Shops should be held accountable for their own staffing, if they can't find employees to work shifts other surrounding shops shouldnt have to pay the price just because they can theoretically be single manned.

Also usually it is the same people who don't show up to work and yet there seemed to be very little reprocusions for not turning up.

Conversely those that DO do their job properly should be treated with the respect that they deserve and not treated as if they are dispensible and replaceable as this clearly does not seem to be the case.

Pros

Big Company, possibility to move between clubs, job security

Cons

Inability to progress, bad management, small amount of informations given about what is going on within company,

wake up!!! Take responsibility and deal with the issues efficiently!!
