Global culture is still healthy.
Most of the people are great colleagues and friends as individuals.

Cons – HR could be improved. weird that top Asian producing location does not have quality management practices in place. Little space for career development.

Depending on department, it's not what you know it's who you flirt/ suck up to

Some managers should attend a management course - may be smart but terrible at managing
