Pros – You get a lot of incentives eg, nights out paid for throughout the year, competitions etc a good bonus paid before Christmas if you hit target.
Cons – Can get stressful at times when busy and not selling. A bit of pressure to sell and hit your personal targets. A lot of phone calls in and out.
Advice to Senior Management – I understand pressure roles down but put it a different way rather than piling on a load of pressure and dropping the moral in the branch and creating a pressured environment when you don't need to, that way you might get better results.
