    Pros

    Nothing as normal like other companies

    Cons

    Strictly Bussiness oriented and not taking the care of the employee's fundamental rights like holidays, sick leaves,Only couple of clients(even that will disappear in the near future), No vision of running company in long term, does not care about the employee's career

    Bring more client, make policy which helps every employee rather than the policy which helps only to the top managment.

    Pros

    Company encourages and reimburse technical certification in Microsoft technologies.

    Cons

    Outdated technologies, Too much work, weekend working, forced to work long hours during weekdays.
    Most of the employees are hired from outside UK and are tied to the company due to work permits they can't go else where for a job due to non transferability of work permit and are exploited by the company.

    Management should pay attention to what's happening int the company.

    Learn new technologies, good if you are in the beginning of a career as you handle a multitasking role and learn many new things.

    No career growth, no good appraisal, your salary will remain as you had joined on, no benefits at all ... avoid ..

    Respect current employees rather than hiring new ones on better pay.
    appreciation of work well done is not there and should be done.
