Former Employee – worked at GameTech full-time for more than 8 years
Pros – The field service group was the most dedicated group of individuals I've ever had the opportunity to work with.
Cons – The field service group was often short staffed for the jobs with which we were tasked. Working 24, 36, and 48 hours straight wasn't an uncommon occurrence.
Advice to Senior Management – Field Service personnel are the primary customer facing employees; listen to them whenever they tell you what product development is necessary.

Pros – Your coworkers(Other Techs) are great to work with and always helpful.
Cons – Upper management's decisions coming from corporate are shortsighted.
Advice to Senior Management – Stop trying to be what you're not. You are in the service industry. Other companies can offer a better price and sometimes a better product. Get back to giving the best service to your customers and things will go well.
