Benefits and appraisals.
Carreer Development
A transnational Company all around the worl and different opportunites of growth
Cons
Some departments are still not well developed and lacking of attention from the "headquarters"
Advice to Senior Management
Give everybody the same opportunites of growth. If there´s some case that your employee it´s interested in personal growth but interested in returning to the company (leaving the company for studying a Major) support him and "track" him.

It is a job in a tough economy
The management is understanding of work life balance

Sr. Management is quick to terminate US employees
Performance management is very poor
There is a lack of communication within the company as a whole

The top layer in the US should be replaced

Listen to your more competent employees (20%) and reward them for doing 80% of the work.
