    Pros

    -Good sales start
    -fun environment
    -easy tasks
    - Flexible shift
    -discounts on cloths
    -baseline it is a good first job for people in highschool

    Cons

    -can get boring
    -people are rude
    -management can be great or horrible
    -you had to wear the clothes at the store i worked at even tho it wasn't policy

    Advice to Management

    Learn to follow a similar managing style. the rule difference between managers was crazy. Even what you could and could not wear varried

    Pros

    Friendly people, good company, great employee discount, and you can move up if you put the work in.

    Cons

    Pay isn't great for the work you do, if you don't want to sell brand credit cards look elsewhere.

    Advice to Management

    Find a better way to compete in today's market and stop focusing on credit cards. There must be a better way to drive profits.

    Great benefits, ability to easily move between divisions and business units, great brand portfolio

    Cons

    Difficult to get work done because too many people involved, too hierarchical, leaders are not trained and therefore don't know how to lead, unclear career paths, no set criteria for promotions
