It is the second largest private bank in Turkey, which is a good name to include in your resume. The pay is decent.

Highly hierarchical. Seniors claim that they value initiative taking and problem solving but in reality they expect you to follow orders and not think much.

they have to offer a better program for intern ship program. We could not develop ourselves. also they should choose applicants according to their abilities.

Garanti is one of the biggest finance conglomerates of Turkish Market. She's the flagship of the group that holds the majority in share. Due to small ownership of GE money they had become a little bit "American" during the last 5 years. Although they've got an innovative and leader figure in the market, the scenario and work condition behind that is so old school. Especially primary technology vendor of Garanti which is an another group company is so deficient "to create" technology and "to innovate". Company's most important business units reports to same CXO as technology division do. This organization makes the environment too hard to survive and develop business. At the bottom, we may suggest upper management to be more humanistic and more close to recent trends in modern work life and make sure to RESPECT the employees who work for them.
