    Pros

2 weeks of vacations few sick days paid few holidays if you want to make a career in this business then here is a good place to start

    Cons

most management are old employees without an improvement in the hospitality level lack of materials and equipment to do a task or a project salary or wage is basic NO union hotel 10 new employees get hired but in less of 8 months only two of them stays old management tends to curse in the back of the employees. They should be a role model

    Advice to Management

old management needs training to be in the same level or excel the standards of the Manhattan hotels. Old management are bossy or get mad easily, this is because the previous general manager was arrogant and basic experience in the hospitality industry so his methodology was going in the wrong way With the new GM and company that bought the hotel in 2012, the methodology is being better in slow steps.
