Tough place to work, but there are some good opportunities.

    Anonymous Employee (Former Employee)
    Atlanta, GA

ProsEnjoyed working in the food business and the travel. There are a number of dedicated folks in the units.

ConsToo much focus on cost was affecting service levels and costing us business. Too many chiefs in HQ and not always enough front-line people servicing the customer.

Advice to Senior ManagementGG was always a little more expensive than competitors, but we provided great service. Now , we are still expensive, but service has gone down. Spend a little more to get the right folks servicing the customer.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company

    No heart

    Utility Worker (Former Employee)
    Atlanta, GA

ProsThere are no pros here, not a great place to work.

ConsThere are a hell of lot of CONS!!! They don't want u to grow or achieve
to be more in the company. All about self.

Advice to Senior ManagementGet to kn your works. Just as u show customer care all so
show employee care, meaning if your employees are happy
there job performance will show it.

    Bad Company to work for

    EPA (Current Employee)
    Atlanta, GA

ProsYou get to meet people from other cultures.

ConsExtremely low pay for very hard and sometimes painful work.

Advice to Senior ManagementVery unprofessional I've seen them yell at people on the work floor in front of other employees. They do a lot of favortisms especially if you give them sexual favors or money.

    Lifetime experience

    Manager (Former Employee)
    Atlanta, GA

    ProsPotential to stay long term

Consno room for advancement within the company

Advice to Senior ManagementDon't believe anything about raises and bonuses. Half the people get them, the other half are doomed because of scaling and not because of performance.

Friends don't let people work here....

    Customer Service Representative (Current Employee)
    Atlanta, GA

ProsNot much. Your share of Fresh Air?

ConsA FORCED Union that takes out a percentage (about 20-45% Depending on time of year. Around Christmas Holiday its 45%). Management that treats drivers like monkeys and talks down to us. There is FORCED OVERTIME! You don't have the choice of staying. If you are told. You HAVE to stay. It was better when owned by Dobbs. There is so much to list. But if you are desperate for a job apply just so you can have Experience. Then go to LSG Sky Chef. That's what I'm doing.......

Advice to Senior ManagementTreat your people right. Don't talk down to us. Help with scheduling. We don't live to work for you. We have lives.
