    Pros

Enjoyed working in the food business and the travel. There are a number of dedicated folks in the units.

    Cons

Too much focus on cost was affecting service levels and costing us business. Too many chiefs in HQ and not always enough front-line people servicing the customer.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

GG was always a little more expensive than competitors, but we provided great service. Now , we are still expensive, but service has gone down. Spend a little more to get the right folks servicing the customer.

    Pros

There are no pros here, not a great place to work.

    Cons

There are a hell of lot of CONS!!! They don't want u to grow or achieve
to be more in the company. All about self.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Get to kn your works. Just as u show customer care all so
show employee care, meaning if your employees are happy
there job performance will show it.

    Pros

You get to meet people from other cultures.

    Cons

Extremely low pay for very hard and sometimes painful work.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Very unprofessional I've seen them yell at people on the work floor in front of other employees. They do a lot of favortisms especially if you give them sexual favors or money.

    Pros

    Potential to stay long term

    Cons

no room for advancement within the company

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Don't believe anything about raises and bonuses. Half the people get them, the other half are doomed because of scaling and not because of performance.

    Pros

Not much. Your share of Fresh Air?

    Cons

A FORCED Union that takes out a percentage (about 20-45% Depending on time of year. Around Christmas Holiday its 45%). Management that treats drivers like monkeys and talks down to us. There is FORCED OVERTIME! You don't have the choice of staying. If you are told. You HAVE to stay. It was better when owned by Dobbs. There is so much to list. But if you are desperate for a job apply just so you can have Experience. Then go to LSG Sky Chef. That's what I'm doing.......

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Treat your people right. Don't talk down to us. Help with scheduling. We don't live to work for you. We have lives.
