    Pros

Great place to work, probably would have stayed on. If have seen improeviroment an a bit more of a team environment.

    Cons

Need more input from top down. Top management don't have a clue, what a shame. Seen many shining stars come and leave. For less pay an stress. The leaders are living a lie as to their management skills.

    Advice to Management

Look more closely at the new talent brought on. An utilize some of the experience they bring to the table.

    Pros

No micro management. Most of management is easy going. Management sometimes listens to certain employee's suggestions. Some of the staff is easy to get along with.

    Cons

Unorganized, a serious lack of training, low pay for what is expected of employees, outdated equipment, not enough employees to cover shifts due to low retention rate, some ghetto employees, low awareness of sanitation policies, low to no raises.

    Advice to Management

Hire a new member of management to train all the employees thoroughly and oversee proper food sanitation and handling from the production team.

    Pros

It keeps you from being unemployed

    Cons

They work you like a dog for low wages, nothing is done in a manner that makes any sense, many in management are disrespectful and have no compassion for the staff and the workload and hours constantly increase but your pay does not!

    Advice to Management

Treat the staff the way you would want to be treated and when it comes to making changes, talk to your staff first because they are who the changes will effect

    Pros

The knowledge you gain about the airline industry can be rewarding.

    Cons

Unfortunately management has changed over the years and favoritism.

    Advice to Management

Employees that perform well are rewarded with more work and not salary increase. Which make employees feel no sense of value/motivation. There's a high cost of low morale. More importantly, when employees leave, they take with them the knowledge, skills and ability that helped contribute to the goals, profit and performance of the organization.

    Pros

Enjoyed working in the food business and the travel. There are a number of dedicated folks in the units.

    Cons

Too much focus on cost was affecting service levels and costing us business. Too many chiefs in HQ and not always enough front-line people servicing the customer.

    Advice to Management

GG was always a little more expensive than competitors, but we provided great service. Now , we are still expensive, but service has gone down. Spend a little more to get the right folks servicing the customer.

    Pros

    Cons

There are a hell of lot of CONS!!! They don't want u to grow or achieve to be more in the company. All about self.

    Advice to Management

Get to kn your works. Just as u show customer care all so show employee care, meaning if your employees are happy there job performance will show it.
