    Proslunch, friendly co-workers, decent benefits if your under union.

    Consbad leadership, bad management , unfairness and some managers only care about what they can get done and not care about the workers.

    Poor management with wrong skill set and unable to retain talented employees

    ProsAble front line employees. Not a whole lot more to say. It was not a positive environment.

    ConsNo salary increment.
    Not sure how this company can survive when the good guys are leaving.

    Advice to Senior ManagementLook out for 'brown nosers' who talk big and can't deliver.
    Management - Brush up on your people skills and build a better culture, it is what help retain good employees. Perhaps speak to those who left the company for honest feedback!

    capitalistic environment, labor is unstable

    Prosbi-weekly pay roll, when is the high seasons lots of labor, unionized employees,lunch provided, insurance is OK. multicultural ethnicity is present in the work environment.

    Consseniority; when depression comes employes are laid off. the forces of management are become ruthless and have become soldiers of capitalism. the management are skeemers trying to screw workers somehow.

    Advice to Senior Managementgive up power, give to workers to control the means and modes of production, make worker the controllers of bureaucracy, make us to vote who to put in management, salary augmentation

    A job with the most professional development ever!

    ProsFast paced, complex environment. The travel and catering industry are great to be a part of.
    Senior Management really care about the staff.
    There is never a dull day.
    There is always the opportunity to learn about all areas of the business.

    ConsIts a 24 hour, 7 days a week world and working in this industry means flexibility and availabilty. As long as you know that going in, its not really a Con.
