Pros
The corporate benefits and the challenging work environment. (I don't like being bored)
Cons
Psuedo office manager has fantastic knowledge but NO people skills with workers and lets her emotions interfer with her professional responsibilities. Office environment is not conducive to teamwork. Too many prima donnas!
Advice to Senior Management
Hire office management that has excellent customer service and people skills in addition to being knowledgeable.
