Pros – Working at gattis is a really fun experience. there are little to no previous work experiences required and the pay is very good for someone who is just starting out.

Cons – some customers can be very frustrating and fellow employees tend to be very young. hours are not reliable and late nights are almost always required.

Advice to Senior Management – Take time and care about the employees or the business will crumble. The employees is what makes the business prosper. Don't be greedy.
