    Pros

Actively developing company, interesting projects that I worked on in different geographies. Great work-life balance and great people from all over the world.

The company is quite bureaucratic due to its nature. The mother company is in Moscow. A lot of approval processes which negatively impacts business results.

    Pros

There are lots of nice friendly people working there with a good social side. There is a decent coffee machine.

    Cons

Low pay, very opaque bonus system where you may be more likely to be rewarded for sucking up to your manager than your performance. Went from entrepreneurial to very hierarchical with many middle managers and thus limited opportunities to develop your career. A chance you will be moved from London to St Petersburg. Strategy heavily reliant on getting below market gas from parent company, which may not be sustainable.

    Advice to Management

Good staff are what makes a company successful, you should look after them more.
