Pros – Honesty, working conditions, quality of the products we produce, the recognition of the company in the entire world.

Cons – Salary, the sales team don't have much autonomy to negociate conditions and prices with the clients, all has to be decided by the comercial or general director. We have to deliver too much reports to our superiors.

Advice to Senior Management – The directors should trust more in the sales team to run the sales, and give them more credit on their opinions about promotions and marketing ideas.
