    Pros

The ability to use corporate repair tools for residents is a great pro, helping solve problems for others is gratifying.

    Cons

Depends on location and manager, but some prefer consultation agents to sell and spend minimal time on troubleshooting. Also, remember you can never please everyone. For every grateful client, there will be another stubborn person who will never be satisfied and will want to yell their life story and problems to you.

    Advice to Management

Make sure to have enough agents on the schedule. More agents available lead to greater chances in client satisfaction, and will subsequently drive up NPS.

I have been working at Geek Squad (Less than a year)

    Pros

Sat in the back and just repaired computers. Advanced Repair Agents are the only agents in Geek Squad that's allowed to run computer repairs. It's definitely different from a typical retail experience, this is a good middle ground to go from retail to eventually corporate.

    Cons

Taking notes is your bread and butter for the other ARA's that are on-site.

I have been working at Geek Squad part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Very good pay for 18-22 year old with out too many bills. Tons of real world learning. Monthly bonus with good numbers. Opportunity for growing. School reimbursement (fulltime)

    Cons

Hours can be a bit much sometimes. I would recommend full time if possible. Sometimes the clients get angry because they do not understand.

    Advice to Management

Try setting up Leadership programs so that these students can progress along with they're studies. Other than that keep up the good work.
