You get a reasonable amount of pay for not much work. Non-performers are treated equally as well as top performers. Great if you're a non-performer.Cons

Three things: Structure. Structure. Structure. Gemfire must establish a chain of command and reporting structure in order to survive. Start with a plan, and manage the plan, with frequent reviews.
