This place is a call centre... it is what it is

Call Centre Agent (Former Employee) Toronto, ON (Canada)

Proseasy job to get, mindless work, friendly co-workers, paid training (1 week) and paid "transition" period (1 week), by the end of these 2 weeks, you will know whether or not it is a good fit for you

Consconstant supervision, constantly being evaluated, must ask to use the washroom, etc., you are working at a call centre and are constantly expected to sell something that people have no interest in buying

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend

    Gemma. 4 out of 10

    Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)

ProsGreat entry level for a customer service job for telecommunications.
    Improve your customer service skills
Learn a lot of "tricks" how to deal with customers I must say.
Friendly for the most part if you find a great set of people that's seems okay and humble stick with them the job would be good and easy to handle all the other stuff that goes on!

ConsThe pay is good if your a young person and needs something quick
Stressful to make sales their on your tale if your not meeting the target
Schedule can go both ways if you kiss ass you don't have To worry but if they don't like you then good luck
Drama!!! You can feel if their tension within your team but I guess that's with every job

Advice to Senior ManagementYou guys need to regroup and do better and run your place better. Some team leaders don't know how to talk to their team and it's really isn't helpful. This place could have been a better job If it was run properly.

    Customer service sales outbound

Customer Service Representative (Current Employee) Toronto, ON (Canada)

ProsSteady work, lots of hours if you want them

ConsThere is no bonus or commission, just base wages which are low and your never get a raise, if you do well in sales the only thing you get is a $5.00 GC. Also some team leaders have no experience being team leaders and their leadership qualities are very poor. Also, there are no 15 minute breaks paid, very cheap company to work for, no incentives for producing sales

Advice to Senior ManagementNone because they don't listen. Turn around is very high here.
